Chain deslaggers are designed for mechanical removing of slag from under boiler cone as well as for extinguishing it in water bath and further disposing it outside the boiler house. Chain deslaggers can operate non-stop and are suitable for serving the grate furnaces as well as the coal-dust-fired furnaces.

Chain deslaggers consist of:

● Front (inclined) section - head frame with driving shaft sprockets,
● Middle section - tab,
● Rear section - tail frame with chain tensioning assembly,
● Chains with crossbars,
● Driving assembly.

We manufacture chain deslaggers based on our own designs. We offer a series of chain deslaggers with capacities from 3 to 40 tonnes per hour .
