Stand-alone dust separators are the technical appliances, designed for co-operation with both horizontal and vertical mills. They can be used as independent machines in installations used for preparation of products of various fine /coarse grade.

The offered dynamic separators are such machines that can find application in installations for very fine milling of large variety of raw materials.

They are particularly useful in applications, where high degree of product pulverization is required along with its uniform granulation, maintaining high productivity of the installation at the same time. They are "go-through" type machines, where the separation of dust is achieved by precipitation of coarse fraction that does not meet assumed criteria of fine / coarse grade in the stream of product. Parameters of the product may be controlled by alteration of rotary speed of the rotor. It is possible owing to its drive system powered by either electric or hydraulic motor. The both solutions ensure smooth regulation of rotary speed, which implies wide range of fine / coarse grade of processed products.

Depending on the type of separated product, in particular with respect to its erosive properties, the machine components that are most exposed to wear are made out of abrasion-resistant materials or they are surfaced by welding on materials increasing their lifetime.
