Bowl-roll mills are technical appliances designed for grinding (pulverising), drying and classifying grains of brittle raw materials, such as:

Bowl-roll mills are applied in energy industry, cement and lime processing, chemical works etc.

Bowl-roll mills belong to the group of crushing mills, in which the milling process involves crushing and grinding a material between grinding elements - a grinding bowl and rolls. Depending on type of raw material to be ground and graining (fine / coarse) of final product to be reached, and dimensions of the mill its throughput may be from several to several dozen tonnes per hour.

Bowl-roll mills, thanks to their construction, are highly reliable machines with a unique value of availability rate, and application of hydraulic press system and central lubrication ensures their fully automatic operation. The construction of bowl-roll mills makes them resistant to hard and erosive particles that can occur in the course of grinding process, so the machines are suitable for grinding hard and erosive materials. The driving units used in our bowl-roll mills conform to the requirements of noise emission standards.

We manufacture bowl-roll mills on the basis of licensed documentation extended by our own technical solutions. The offered series of bowl-roll mills include units of base throughput ranging from 3.6 up to 95 tonnes per hour.
